WE ALWAYS DO OUR BEST TO SHIP OUT YOUR ORDER AS SWIFTLY AS POSSIBLE.
Please allow us 48hours of order process time in general and occasionally, shipment may be delayed due to fraud review or in-stock availability. For buyer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization, verification and paypal transaction. If your shipping information does not match your credit card billing information, there may be also some delay in order process. If an item is in production delay, it may be cancelled or delayed. You will be informed if this situation happens.
ORDER PROCESS TIME BEFORE SHIPMENT (Order process time doesn't count weekends and holidays)
- Order Process Time in general: 48hrs
- Order Process Time when you purchase a custom-made shoes: 3-5 business days for shoe-making
- Order Process Time with E-check payment: the pending payment has to be cleared (3-5 business days in general)
- Order Process Time when your purchase is backordered: Most of time we have items that we are selling in stock, but sometimes, the item you purchased might be out of stock or backordered. We may cancel or ship the backordered item in a separate package when it's ready. When this happens, we ask for your generous understanding. We will try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. All backordered items will be shipped via Standard Air Parcel without additional charge.

- VIA EMS (After the shipment date)- 3-8 business days to worldwide
- Business days don't count weekends and holidays. Delivery may take longer than expected due to many factors including Customs retention, postal congestion and slow delivery service of the destination country, etc.
- We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and withing any time periods indicated. However, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond it's control.
- Your name and shipping address should be same on both Guylook and Paypal account. If the shipping information doesn't coincide, we will ship your order to Guylook shipping address that is submitted to us during checkout process. Any delivery problem that may be occured due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information will be buyer's full responsiblity.
HOW TO TRACE YOUR PACKAGE
Due to the discrepancies of different postal systems between two countries, once a package leaves the departure country,
there may be no more tracking update made until you successfully receive the package.
If you don't receive your order in the estimated delivery time to your region, please contact us for assistance.

* Please note that if you are absent on delivery, a notice paper will be left for pick-up. If you neglect the paper and don't claim the package within the indicated time period on the paper, your package will be returned to us and you will be fully responsible for both shipping charges and applicable penalty.
CUSTOM TAX ISSUE
Even if we always mark all packages as gift and used clothes and even lower the total value for you,
there may be some cases that you may be charged for Customs or Import tax that is applicable according to your Customs law.
If you do not accept or reject receiving the package, it will be returned to us and the original shipping charge can not be refunded and will be deducted from the total amount of refund. Please do not blame us or ask us to pay your tax because it's your responsibility.
SHIPPING RATE ACCORDING TO DESTINATION
Shipping rate is automatically calculated based on the total weight of buyer's merchandise and destination. We ship via Standard Air or EMS to most countries according to a buyer's preference during checkout process, but there are some countries where we only ship via EMS or EMS premium service due to frequent package loss and excessive delay in their Customs.
If your country is included in EMS ONLY AREA-3, EMS ONLY AREA-4 and EMS PREMIUM ONLY AREA, you don't have any choice, but take EMS service. If your country is not listed below, you may contact store administrator at GUYLOOK_SERVICE@HOTMAIL.COM and we may find an alternative way for you.r co

In order to minimize tax problem, we don't ship a package that exceeds 10kg in total. If you make an order that exceeds 10kg in total, we will divide it and make seperate shipments. All seperate shipments will be shipped via Standard Air without extra cost.
